Jamie from Midnight’s band before Midnight - this is like… stoner metal meets southern rock? maybe? I dunno. It’s pretty rockin’, with the dual guitar attack. Some questionable artwork both in quality and content - maybe someone with more metal prowess than me can tell me that that flag motif is an homage to Onslaught or Slayer or something, but I know what the original reference is. Midnight used that design too on an early record or shirt. The other blatant Midnight connection is track Heaven’s Ice, referenced in the Midnight song All Hail Hell (“I’d rather fry down here than freeze in Heaven’s Ice!”)
