Sadly, I don’t have the outer sleeve to this overlooked NWOBHM gem, from the band who would later be known as Wolf, who released the excellent “Edge Of The World.” Highway Rider pairs some great vocal chops with a chugging rhythm section. Red Lights is a rocker, a faster and more high energy cut. Both tracks would end up on Edge Of The World, but Red Lights is re-recorded for the LP, but this version is better, and frankly, outshines the A-side. I’m pretty sure the version of Highway Rider here is the same as it shows up on the LP.
