Any remaining vestiges of crust punk are quickly disappearing by this release, a compilation of two demos (“Flesh Torn in Twilight” and “Interminable Night”) recorded in 2010. This is straight up death metal, in the Swedish tradition - the vocals reduced to atonal grunts, wretches and howls, as indecipherable as the lyric sheet inside (with its really bad handwriting!). It’s ok, but I prefer the Aporia LP. Side B - from the Interminable Night demo slows it down even more, with some groovy parts. As the band seemed to further down this Left Hand path, I stopped listening after this one.
