Why not - another 4 way split - this one put out by a member of Finnish burning-spirits worshippers Selfish. The main difference between this one and the last one I posted is that I only really know anything about Crow. Not surprising, given the 3 other bands on this slab don’t have a wide discography. This one starts out with Disgusting Void playing pretty standard burning spirits style Japanese hardcore. Not bad! Slub Judge wraps up Side A, playing more of the same, but the guitar tone has a slightly different flangy / chorus sound which holds my interest a bit more. Side B starts with Defuse, playing totally raw blast-beat-laden wall of noise stuff that is best enjoyed at shows while sitting at the bar waiting for the next band to start. The last song is Crow’s Dark, Grief, Anger, And … Dark - the same recording that appears on Neurotic Organization.

The cover art is from the movie Patrick, some b-movie I’ve never seen. I’d give this one a miss, overall. Although I might look more into Slub Judge, who released an EP in 1998 - the artwork features a gorilla surfing on a guitar. If that’s not cool, then nothing is.
