Neurotic Organization

This EP opens up with one of Crow’s very best songs, “Children Lost The Bright Future,” a song that somehow manages to be simultaneously uplifting and bleak, complete with catchy riffs, tight drums with some great fill work to accompany underlying driving d-beat, and a sick guitar solo to boot. Directly after it is “Dark, Grief Anger … And Dark”, which is a good description for the song, a more dismal sound than the leading track. Side B starts with a faster, heavier and Crow-ified cover of Amebix’s “No Sanctuary”. Amebix is of Crow’s major influences, showing up all over their releases, both in the form of sound and visuals. “Disorganization” finishes up the EP, a fairly straight forward crusty rager. This record is pretty much perfection in the form of 13 minutes.

The record was pressed twice; earlier versions included stickers and a tri-fold sleeve. Art by Carl Auge of HHIG.
